Whats the paperwork flow like?
Most dispensary recieving patients, need some paper to start. Your doctors verification and some driver license or state ID's. All doctors seem different, most give you a paper signed prescription, some additionally give plastic ID's.
When patient enter a dispensary, they have their own membership agreement of some kind or states their rules, the 2nd piece of paperwork patient signs. That's two sheets of paper, a couple of ID's all scanned together. TWO SCANS. Why CCCCd patient entry have 2 required scans and has 2 extra image containers, should your dispensary want to store images in CCCCd. Both ways acceptable. Still, we suggest, for the paperwork storage. Simply stack patients paper packages stappled together in one pile by CCCCd Membership# (numerically order) ..after finishing entering into our CCCCd system.
Is the program web-based?
No, you could install CCCCd somewhere else, then log into this application using VNC, I have clients doing this all the time. If you need 2 stations, then you need 2 vnc stations (Logmein, GotoMeeting, TeamViewer, PCAnywhere etc..). The advantage of true web based application.. is the data, the application is on a web server and run the application using your Internet Browser. Someday.. though we're looking into this for our call center application
Do you have a cash register?
No, sorry, not at this version even though we are a development company.
Is it HIPPA?
It is... yes if you are and your tech are.
Link Let's talk about this too... Call centers answering calls for Patient consider HIPPA too.
Who your competitors?
Hardly... check before you make any decision, such as Google 420 Software. All this or that techic/ hardware technology sounds good, like.. Thin Net, ... I think about terms like Hosted vs/ Unhosted. Web based stuff is the coming for some business, might be for hiding your data remote!. Lets talk about this stuff to, and about applications screen by screen, cooming from a real developer :))
What about bugs?
What bugs,if there were? it still doesn't crash.. and if so, things do get resolved iImmediately
I think the runtime version, occasionally when starting the app from scratch will ask 'No Record Exist.. That's been fixed, .. but for now, just enter into any account first...
What is a ZipArea
Patients are store within 4 digits accounts, called ZipArea's, similiar by zip codes... due to the foundation of the application or our call center coding. Actually this uniquely allows a more powerful foundation.
There's a lengthily explanation regarding our Dispatching, Driver Coop and Call Center options within the coding hidden for later developement
P.S. If you are any way affilliatted with the Federal Goverment, I kindly ask that you disregard this message. Thank You and God Bless
